Foreign exchange and flight booking okay

I used Thomas Cook for foreign exchange before my Dubai trip and also booked my international flight. The forex rates were competitive, and picking up the currency was hassle-free at their branch. The flight booking process online was straightforward. However, it took 5 days for my flight e-tickets to reach my email after payment, which made me a bit anxious. Customer service was helpful when I called, but a faster email confirmation would be better. Overall, a decent experience, but room for improvement on processing times.

Kerala package was amazing!

OMG just got back from my Kerala tour and it was fabulous! Thomas Cook totally nailed it. From the houseboats to the spice plantations, everything was perfectly organized.
